Art Show Reception Invitations!

I'm so excited about my upcoming art show. I can't wait to share my new artwork!

The invitations for the reception will be going postal soon!

I just shipped of a very heavy box of mixed media art to a major craft magazine this week for an early 2013 press date. So excited about this and some other upcoming publications. I love my job!

It's back to the studio for me...time to finish some orders. Thanks for stopping by!

About Melanie

I'm a freelance artist (the kind where you paint on paper or canvas) and somehow morphed into a paper artist (the scrapbook "scissors and paper" kind). My art often is a combination of the two. I juggle art with being a wife/mom to 2 children and a very supportive husband. I'm a member of the Ouachita River Art Gallery in West Monroe and The Sugar Gallery in Monroe, where I participate in area art crawls, and I also sell my art online. I love anything artsy - so when I'm not creating - I'm thinking about creating.
